Global ethics
At last, perhaps, the most important of our projects are the creation of an Open Internet university of global ethics, which principles, structure and program are already outlined, and multimedia encyclopaedia of global ethics continuing the work begun by late Leo Tolstoy and including all necessary philosophical additions and corrective amendments introduced by XX century.

There is no pittance of hope that these projects could be supported by our Universities or state endowments. There exists a constant absence of interest from the Academy of Sciences or Minsk's Universities to the field of ethics. All this is the matter of the most deep regret and bewilderment, because the plight about the destruction of morals is almost universal. Nevertheless, my study program of world ethics was forbidden in the Byelorussian Agricultural Academy by the former Communist Party historians who in organized manner "proclaimed" themselves specialists in the field of Cultural Studies. It was utilized only partly for the students of Chinese and Japanese. There is no other possibilities of its application in Universities, and its huge moral and scientific potential, opening new spiritual and historic-cultural perspectives and being considered by some reviewers as topical for the Byelorussian cultural milieu, can not be properly utilized for the benefit of our people. The only possibility, at least, of its partial realization is the Internet publication. If we have appropriate financing, great live ethics could be presented also in the multimedia form on the CD-Rom disk.
