My Friends

Each of us has an opinion to what a friend is. I think a friend should be someone who likes you for who you are and is always there come rain or come shine. Do you agree with me? I would really like to hear what you think of it.

The following is just some friends of mine. I'd like to write a little about them.

Mr.Shi, a close frind of mine, who is the head of medical department of Chengdu No.7 Hospital, is wise and humorous person. We have gotten to know each other since we once worked in the same hospital after I graduated from university in 1987. He could always offer me some quite reasonable suggestion about some problems I had in the past years.

Mr.Peng, also a close friend of mine, who is the head of surgical department of Sichuan Cancer Hospital, is dutiful, painstaking and conscientious, working with all his energy , warm-hearted towards his friends and always ready to help others. I've known him for 14 years.

Mr.Yang, a good collegemate of mine, who read for Master's Degree in medicine at the same time as I did, is a hardworking researcher on biochemistry. I'm sure that he is the most diligent person I've ever met. During those years in the university I used to find that he went to bed too late at night for studying. But we had a nice long talk as soon as we were free at the same time because we had a lot of common interests. Both of us liked to exchange views on something which interested us . After he'd graduated with Doctor's degree in medicine from West China University of Medical Sciencies in 1996, he once worked as post-doctorant researcher in Shanghai Biochemistry Institute for 4 years and then went to work in Germany. Now he works and lives in United States. We are keeping in touch with each other all the time through Emails or telephone. I once made a telephone call to him via Pc-to-Phone IP call .Due to the quality of voice of IP call was not good enough, we use it no more.
