Interview
to the chapter of
Union of Slavic Communities
The union of Slavic communities has already legendary
status among heathens organizations of the Slavic countries. I
think, that to many our visitors, which know about Union of
Slavic Communities a little, it would be interesting to learn(find
out) about a history, purposes and sights of our organization.
The
editor of page SCU - Speh has decided(solved) to set some
questions to ours to the Chapter. Vadim
Kazakov answers...

V.К:
be healthy, Speh!
Now many Russian people come to
Native Religion, the think(idea) on association do not leave(abandon)
many slavs. Our page is visited(attended) per day more by(with)
than hundreds the man. Many people come for the first time and
frequently nothing know about a history of occurrence SCU.
Please, tell, with what all began. Also what has induced you to
create the organization which has united already fourteen
communities in Russian Federation, and to engage in enlightening
activity?
V.К:
in 1993, when I began from creation of the Kaluga Slavic
Community, it was clear, that in the single we nothing can make.
The way of so-called «independent» communities is a way in
anywhere, to complete oblivion. And during last 9 years I not of
time was convinced of the correctness. The history has given us
a rare opportunity to restore that was at one time ruthlessly
destroyed. And to restore it we could only together. Therefore I
spent many forces and means for search of the adherents in
Russia and other slavic countries. The search has shown a bad
picture. Uttermost disorder in numbers(lines). And, that most
important, was not of any slavic organization, which would put
before herself a task on creation religious slavic faith. In the
beginning I assumed to name new organization Slavic Union, but
in 1997 on the first congress on the river Kaluzhka per Day
Perun the representatives 5 communities after long disputes have
decided(solved) to refuse this name. Reduction SS- (Soyz Slavjan
/ Union of Slavic) for some reason was not pleasant. So the new
name Union of Slavic Communities has appeared.
What
purposes SCU considers(counts) for itself main for today?
V.К:
expansion of organization for the account already of existing
communities, including allied. Attraction of the new allies.
Creation of grounds of Slavic native religion and their device.
And the faster we shall be united, the it will be better for all
of us. The delay of death is like. We are ready to discuss with
our new allies any conditions of rapproachement. Unique(sole),
on what we shall not go, this transformation SCU in concourse болтунов, when the businesses do not follow words
On
what conditions owes this rapproachement is under construction?
You see as show these years, the sights of the leaders of
communities are very different …
V.К: First of All, the chiefs of communities should give
back themselves the report that early or late one large
organization will unit tens small. Also there is a question,
which organization it will make? For today such opportunities
only at SCU. Thanking вечевому the right only SCU enables by all to
participate in general(common) business, to influence activity
of organization, instead of blindly to follow the instructions(indications)
of «teachers». All main posts elective and the opinion of each
colleague is taken into account. At the same time, in SCU rigid
undivided authority, that allows quickly to accept the decisions.
But just it so is not pleasant to many chiefs of communities,
which everyone are not decided(solved) to not enter yet in SCU.
Eventually, they all should enter, if they do not want to lose
the communities. However it would be desirable by him(it) to
remind a latin proverb: « late coming - bones ».
Whether
varied during these years, sights and vision of Process?
V.К:
Varied, but is not so strong. For the correct direction was from
the very beginning taken. SCU did not reflect as « a party(set)
of one man ». And in it our force.
SCU
organization pursuing the purposes of religious association of
the slavs of Russian Federation? Or our purpose religious
association of all slavic peoples?
V.К:
Certainly, all slavs.
Not
the secret, that Russian people, as a whole sympathizing the
national guided. public figures and associations, almost as does
not help them financially. How you think, why it occurs, in what
the reason?
V.К:
I too sympathize the people, which till now only «sympathizes»,
nothing doing(making). Because the majority till now does not
understand, that from actually Russian in Russia a little that
depends. All wrongly identify Russia with the state Russian, or,
if want, with Russian state, though even in the Constitution (Basic
Law) Russia about Russian is not present word. If, in their
opinion, Russia also is Russian state what for to help still any
associations? Well and second, in Russia are no national
conceiving rich people from Russian. And those Russian, which
steel by the owners of the large means, aspire to take out them
from the country, and here do not want to remain. And third,
plenty of fine political parties(sets) indefinitely quarreling
with each other, absence of the leader, uniform idea, all this
does not add at all desire to help.
Whether
there is an output(exit) from this critical situation, and with
what you see it(him)?
V.К:
to not hope for a kind uncle, and to hope it is necessary, first
of all, on the forces. The houses and walls help. And there,
where the Asian people should spend the large money for
achievement of the purposes, it is possible to do without and
other means.
Vadim,
on yours what means for achievement of our purposes, are
necessary for today?
V.К:
Now it is important to be engaged in education. And, basically,
education of youth. The special attention should be given to
work with the students of pedagogical high schools. It is the
future teachers, workers of culture. They, by advancing on a
service, will in some years in the channel, necessary to us,
form public opinion. To learn(teach), to learn(teach) and once
again to learn(teach). The personnel question is very important
also. It is necessary to bring up the staff inside organization,
to get rid of one nothing of the doing(making) people.
What
aggregate number of the people in SCU?
V.К:
At us the calculation of the people coming not regularly is not
conducted. Only of comrades. Therefore it is possible to tell
only approximately. Approximately one thousand the man. On the
one hand it it is not enough. On the other hand, it is more,
than at any slavic organization in Russian Federation. Five
years back were not also it.
In
what world view of the Slav should consist? What is important
for such man? Than it(he) is guided in the life?
В.К:
following to slavic customs, respect for memory of ancestors.
And most important, that should be remembered by(with) the slav
- his(its) life, his(its) ground, which gives it(him) food, has
got to it(him) from ancestors. And it(he) also should take care
of children.
Continuation
of a Slavic Sort a sacred duty for the slav?
V.К:
Yes. If it(he) is sure, that his(its) posterity will be healthy.
Whether
supports SCU what be national parties(sets) and movements?
V.К:
As religious organization we under the law have not the right to
support political parties(sets). But, naturally, each colleague
SCU, as the citizen, has those or other political sights.
What
attitude(relation) at SCU to Orthodox Church. Whether the
positive dialogue with the right christians is possible(probable)
on your sight. At us on idea a general(common) enemy - forces
aspiring to create uniform «culture» for all peoples?
V.К:
With Orthodox church we do not have any attitudes(relations).
Not there whether is told: is not present neither Greek, nor Jew?
About what assistance from their party there can be a speech?
Many
Moscow " slavic pagans ", and "patriots",
deceived liberals, consider(count) our interest to racial and
demographic problems, strange and even harmful. Some "comrades",
even name us for it of «chauvinists». Your way, in what a
urgency of these themes for Russian and Slavs?
V.К:
strange? What here strange, and, especially, harmful? Paganism -
basis of national culture. And the national culture is at all
not popular - concerts on TV. It and history, and archaeology,
both racial knowledge, and other sciences.
On
your sight, that will give the slavs returning to the old
spiritual values. How it can affect the further development by
ours Slavic - European Civilization?
V.К:
the returning to the old spiritual values, first of all, will
allow to keep the slavs as the people. And further it will be
visible. Nobody knows, how the world will develop.
How
you consider(count), the Slavic World concerns to Europe or Asia?
V.К:
To Europe, it is unconditional. Our roots in Europe. But you see
the slavs have occupied spaces from Labas up to Amurs. There is
no time also populated by the white people. It is impossible to
overlook(forget) about it.
And
our Spiritual type. With what it(he) Northern, European or with
what another? With whom to us itself to identify?
V.К:
European, certainly. The slavs in anthropological the attitude(relation)
belong to the large white European race. From same
dolichocephalic of northern racial type in Europe there were -
Slavic, German, Baltic peoples.
And
according to this as you think, we should return to Europe (in
sense of a spiritual type) or eternally to go on перепутье between Asia and Europe. Where we were
dragged by(with) «our) history for last five hundred years?
V.К:
Well why? The constant outflow of the population on east
promoted growth of number of Russian people. Differently slavic
population of Russia today would be equal to the population of
Poland or Ukraine.
How
you think, man considering(counting) with the Slav is necessary
to visit(attend) annual holidays?
V.К:
I think, it(he) is simply obliged it to do(make).
And
what can give the modern man visiting of slavic holidays?
V.К:
the slavic holidays help to feel to the man indissoluble
communication(connection) between generations. It raises force
of spirit. Helps to feel by the owner on the ground.
How
the Slav should understand freedom?
В.К:
Freedom should be limited there, where she(it) can do much harm
to freedom of other man. Do(make) that want, but do not prevent
anothers. Except for enemies, certainly.
On
yours, Rodnaja Vera (Slavic Paganism) the ideology or religion
is more?
V.К:
Both that, and another.
And
what for us of the slavs ideology or religion now is more
important? Here, for example, there is an opinion, that the
religion separates, blood will unit.
V.К:
blood in itself will not unit. Without ideology blood nothing
will decide(solve). One Native Land, one Blood, one Language,
one Slavic religion! Here that it is necessary!
Vadim,
as you concern to idea « of Europe Fatherlands », based on a
principle of the European White brotherhood. (Now about it speak
in Russia and abroad much.) How on yours, can in 21 century the
Slavic and German peoples find general(common) language?
V.К:
I think, that can. They do not have choice. If not will be of
the European White brotherhood, soon will not be white in
general. The general(common) trouble should unit.
And
what can pull together the Slavic and German peoples?
V.К: First, it is danger of disappearance from the person
of the Earth. During many centuries the slavs and germans order
among themselves struggle for superiority(championship) in
Europe. Time now has come to be united against a general(common)
enemy. I think, that as in Europe will remain ever less white,
of disagreements between the slavs and germans will be ever less
and less.
What
role the Slavic peoples will play in life of Europe in 21
century?
V.К:
I think, that in 21 century they will be faster reserve for the
white people in to
mixed Europe.
And
what role they should play in creation of the future general(common)
White European house?
V.К:
to tell a conducting role, it would be too self-confident. Let's
tell so, not last role.
Whether
is the Slavic religion, how some think, return to the past?
V.К:
Is not present, it is return of the past to the present that the
future was held.
What
for you Slavic Tradition, and what place you see for it(her) in
a modern society(community)?
V.К:
It is my life. I consider(count), that the Slavic Custom should
become a basis of training of slavic children. And children this
our future.
The
comparison, and in some cases direct mixing of traditions of the
different Indo-European peoples is admitted on your sight? (it
can rather frequently be met among Russian pagans)
V.К:
Is not present, is not admitted.
Whether
you agree what not environment(Wednesday), and the heredity is
determining force in life of all peoples?
V.К:
On the first place there is a heredity, then education and only
then environment.
Thank
to you Vadim for interesting conversation. I hope that in new
year, will be less problems in our numbers(lines). We shall
adjust with many slavic peoples positive dialogue. Vadim, what
you wanted to wish to the Slavs in coming New year?
V.К:
I wish to all execution(performance) of treasured desires. That
your words were always connected to businesses, and the
businesses were only for the boon to a native Land! Glory to the
Slavs! Glory of
Russia!
