A random search for French actresses yielded her as a result. Apparently, the years have treated her very well. The image to the left is from an ELLE photoshoot from 2001, when she would have been about 46. "Ageless" indeed, but I wonder if it would qualify for the Aes Sedai agelessness? (To see her in more regal attire, move your mouse over the image.) She doesn't match the image of Moiraine I have in my head perfectly, but I could accept her as a Moiraine.
