We have moved again. This time the place is Mi Pueblito Family Restaurant at 3283 Walnut Avenue. In the same complex as Drug Emporium and Black Anguas Restaurant.
Eyeglass Cleaning
This past Friday a group of about twenty students who are involved in
the Quest Program at Thornton Jr. High School, participated in the
cleaning of used eyeglasses. Past District Governor Neil Desmond
brought about 6,000 pair of glasses to be sorted and cleaned. This
project involved the Dawn Breakers Lions Club as we were requested to
supply refreshments as well as supply some leadership. Lions Gregge
Vernon and Ed Shannon were very pleased how well the students
participated in this project of volunteerism.

The team or teams that has brought in at least one New Member or encouraged one of our Non-Active Members to attend at least two meetings during the three-month contest. A Non-Active Member is one of the last two members shown on each team with an *.
A member from any team can encourage attendance of any Non-Active Member from any other team.
They will be rewarded after the first of the year with a special award!
If there are any loosing teams, they will be dealt with appropriately!
