District Governor visit
New District Governor Jim Knapp will be at our August 2 meeting. Please come and show off our club and its large membership.

Voting on adoption of our Constitution and By-Laws
Over a month ago you were sent the Dawn Breakers new Constitution and By-Laws. We still have not had a meeting where attendance was greater than 50%. Please attend the meetings in August so that we can vote in the new Constitution and By-Laws.

Dawn Breakers' new pin
Would it be nice to have a new Dawn Breakers Lion Pin. Well Lion Larry Hammon almost has enough pre-orders to do so, but we still short and need all members who are interested in buying a pin to put in a order. Dawn Breakers' new badges
Lion Cathy Hudson is looking into new badges for members who want them. The new ones look nice, are a little smaller than the old kind, and have magnet backing so you are not bunching holes in your clothing. It looks like the cost of the badge would be $6. Newark Days
The Newark days is comming up fast. September 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. We are in need of a chairperson for the event. While you may think we can sit on this one and let Lion Ed Shannon eventually volenteer. That is not going to happen. Our President Lion Jack Benoun is asking for volenteers, before he gives up and just to assigns it to someone.
