Special Kids Day
We need lots of help with Special Kids Day. The event is held on April 28th from 10am - 3pm at Castle Rock Park in Walnut Creek (1700 Castle Rock Road). Please volunteer for one of the following; on Friday April 20th the park cleanup day is staring at 9am, on April 28th setup is needed at 8am, someone to run the booth from 10am - 3pm, and take down at 3pm.
Please let Lion Cathy Hudson if you will volunteer.

Christmas in April - Tri Cities volunteer project
We will have a speaker at the April 19th meeting to explain how we can help this worthwhile volunteer event. This "hands on" project will occur on April 28th this year to benefit those in our community that are unable to care for their homes or yards in the Tri Cities area. Applicants are well screened to prove their inability to financially or physically repair or clean up their living facilities.
Projects of this type create great camaraderie among club members and the rewards are many!!!
