STOP THE WAR

I received an e-mail today by an Anonymous American or British fellow metal-head. Since I cannot reply privately I publish the content of this e-mail and reply in public:

The US and Britain will be responsible for making the world a better, safer place. The only thing keeping little countries like Greece safe are countries like the US. So enjoy your freedom...it's us in the US and UK who are making sure you have it.

I'd like to thank you for the concern of your country and your allies for preserving the world's Freedom, Peace, Justice.. Democracy if you prefer... But let me tell you a few things...
First of all, you should at least study History before you DARE SPEAK about the Freedom of Greece. You seem to have no idea of the wars that our nation has gone through to gain and preserve its Freedom. Greece will never depend on countries like the US to defend its Freedom. Everyone needs allies, and so do we, but WE DON'T DEPEND ON ANYONE.
You make a fool of yourself if you think that what the Coalition is doing to Iraq can be called 'Liberation'. The US have been bombarding the cities and villages of Iraq, striking 'military targets' as they say.. "to eliminate the forces of the regime.. to disarm Saddam and to 'free' Iraq and its people". But of course.. bombings can't have no civilian casualties.. 'Secondary Losses' as an American official had stated.. Such is the respect of human life that the Liberators have that considere the loss of innocent human lives as 'Secondary' losses.. The people of Iraq will never enjoy the 'Freedom' that your president (supposing you're an American) is stating with such an untrue and sarcastic manner, smirking whenever he spells out the word 'peace' and 'freedom' as he knows it's nothing but a lie, first to the people of his own nation, then to the people of Iraq and, unfortunately, to his own self as well. The Iraqi people will either die under the siege of the American troops or they will live the rest of their lives in pain, corporal and mental.
Have you seen the people of Iraq? How happily they are welcoming the Liberators!! Well.. I guess there are a few Iraqi people who are too stupid to understand that the US is doing this war because Mr.Bush is such a benevolent person who can't stand before the sight of these poor people being kidnapped, raped, tortured and murdered by the evil dictator, Saddam Hussein. Stupid Iraqi people!! Let the US liberate you!! Mr.Bush will find a better dictator than Saddam! Just for you!! Of course many civilians will die during this war since the evil Saddam is placing his troops into the cities, near hospitals, churches, universities etc.. the evil Russians, as well, have supplied evil Saddam with devices that disorientate your smart missiles, so instead of hitting a bunker with troops it may hit, for example, a maternity hospital, killing a few pregnant women, mutilating a few new-borns... But it's ok!! The US will say 'Sorry!' and everything is back in order!! It's being done in the name of Peace, Freedom and Justice after all! I wonder what the world would do without your 'Liberation' campaigns and your pre-cautionary wars.
I really hope that one day someone will 'Liberate' you too, so you can see for yourself what 'Being Liberated' feels like..... If I was an American right now I would have died from shame. At least some of your compatriots have woken from their slumber, especially after the tragic events of the 11th of September, and protest against the attack of their country to the people of Iraq and this is a great act of honour. Perhaps because they are conscientious and they feel to do so 'cause they don't want to be accomplices to these war crimes, or maybe they're just afraid of the terror wave that the Earth tremor from the bombings in Iraq will create.
Destroying the chemical and nuclear weapons is not only a duty of Iraq and other little countries around the world. U.S. should set a good example by being the first to destroy the chemical, biological and nuclear weapons instead of forcing other countries to do so. Saddam is a violent dictator to the people of Iraq, but he poses not a bigger threat to the world than the United States of America, the Emperor of the World.
We don't sit back and relax.. These acts of ferocity have enraged us, so hundreds of thousands of us pace in the streets and demand THIS WAR TO BE STOPPED NOW. THE WORLD IS AND WILL BE AGAINST IT. Empires fall (study of History is recommended here). The Empire of the U.S. has already set the fire of its self-destruction, we can only hope that the whole world will not disappear inside the maelstrom that it will create..

Being in deep sadness and filled with great anger of what I saw about 3 hours ago I have decided to keep this place down and express my feelings about the War Crimes that the U.S.A. and Great Britain are commiting against the people of Iraq, against Justice, against Life..The world needs no great emperor to show us what's right and wrong and decide the fate of another nation.
War is Violence, and Violence will bring More Violence.
The War of the U.S.A. against Iraq is in NO WAY LEGAL, it is a demonstration of Arrogance and World Domination.
The REAL threat in this world is the U.S.A. and we DO FEAR your power as it is unleashed only to DESTROY what human life has created in this planet.
Live in Peace.. STOP THIS WAR
